Co-founder
and principal of Miro Capital Partners, Michael Kelsen is a
corporate transactional attorney and
principal
investor. Mr. Kelsen was previously Managing Director and General
Counsel of technology-focused investment and advisory firm
Katalyst, which he co-founded, and where he ran the London
office. Prior to Katalyst, Mr. Kelsen was an attorney in the
Business and Finance practice of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius
LLP, where he represented both public and private companies
in mergers and acquisitions, venture and private equity financings,
public securities offerings, joint ventures and corporate governance
matters. Mr. Kelsen serves on the boards of S2S Communications,
Sivox, BankersEdge and NW Sign Industries. He is also a Lecturer
at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where
he co-teaches Legal and Transactional Aspects of Entrepreneurship
in the MBA program. Mr. Kelsen is a graduate of Oxford University,
the University of Pennsylvania and Harvard College. |

Co-founder and principal
of Miro Capital Partners, Robert Borghese is a corporate transactional
attorney and principal
investor. Mr. Borghese’s law practice has focused on counseling
emerging growth companies in the areas of strategic planning,
debt and equity financing strategies, corporate mergers and acquisitions,
joint
ventures and strategic alliances. Mr. Borghese co-founded and
is a principal of a real estate merchant bank and has organized
numerous real estate acquisition and development partnerships.
Since 1992, Mr. Borghese has been a member of the faculty of
the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania where he
currently teaches Legal and Transactional Aspects of Entrepreneurship and
the Art of the Technology Deal. He is the author of M&A
from Planning to Integration: Executing Acquisitions and Increasing
Shareholder Value, published by McGraw-Hill in English and
Chinese. He has appeared as a guest on CNBC’s Power Lunch
and CNNfn’s
Money Gang to discuss corporate mergers and acquisitions. He
has lectured extensively on corporate strategic planning for
early stage companies. Mr. Borghese is a graduate of the University
of Pennsylvania, Cambridge University
and the Wharton School. |

Neeraja Raghunathan is the CFO of Miro
Capital Partners. From 1993-1999, Ms. Raghunathan worked on the
staff of the The Hindu,
one of India’s largest circulation daily national newspapers,
where she edited the weekly Science & Technology Section
and produced the annual Survey of Indian Industry. From
1999 until joining Miro in 2006, Ms. Raghunathan worked at a
number
of early-stage and emerging growth technology companies, where
she played various operating and finance roles. Ms. Raghunathan
holds BA and MS degrees in physics from SR College in Tamil Nadu,
India and a certificate from the Wharton School of the University
of Pennsylvania. |
